Xbox 360
September 28th, 2008

Currently, any newly purchased Microsoft Xbox 360 is covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty (two years in some parts of the world), except for “red ring” general hardware failures, which the unit is warrantied against for three years. If the console is out of warranty, there is a charge to have it repaired. Console Repair Shop recommends that potential customers check with Microsoft to determine the warranty status of any broken console since they will repair the unit free of charge when covered under warranty.

If your Xbox 360 is broken and out-of-warranty, get a repair quote from Console Repair Shop and find out about our competitive repair rates before paying Microsoft to do the same.
